Points of Interest:

• Our storage drawers have been designed to be as strong and as light as possible. This is achieved by constructing the drawers from marine bonded plywood then re-enforcing any areas that are highly stressed with steel components. Some parts are glued screwed and braced, other parts are riveted or bolted together. Click here for more information on the construction.
• Designed individually to suit the Maverick, neatly following the contours of the vehicle. Our drawers are designed to utilise all the space available.
• If required, a full Milford cargo barrier can be fitted in front of this system.
• Fits to the vehicle by utilising eight of the luggage tie down captive nuts in the cargo area.
• The drawer system for the SWB has been designed to fit the vehicle with the middle row seats removed.

LWB Full drawer system (two drawers "side by side") $2220 + options, half drawer system (one drawer) $1110 + options. The internal dimensions for each drawer are: 877mm(L) 444mm(W) 180mm (H) (These measurements are for our standard size drawer system. The height of each drawer can be changed to suit the customer)

SWB Full drawer system (300mm high) (two drawers "side by side") $2220 + options, half drawer system (one drawer) $1110 + options. The internal dimensions for the 300mm high drawers are: 1040mm(L) 440mm(W) 235mm(H).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS for LWB:

Step 1. If the vehicle is fitted with third row passenger seats in the cargo area, remove the seats, the child restraint fittings, the seat mounts, the seat belts and the four tie down assemblies. The cargo carpet must be rolled back to allow access when removing the centre seat mounting bracket. This carpet must be re-fitted to the vehicle before fitting the drawer system.

Step 2. The eight tie down captive nuts will be utilised to mount the drawer system. Replace the threaded screws into the remaining captive nuts to seal off the cargo floor.

Step 3. The top of this drawer system (the false floor) is in two sections. Unscrew each of these sections and remove them from the drawer units. If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide, only remove half of the false floor - ie remove the false floor on the opposite side to the fridge slide.

Step 4. Place the drawer units in the vehicle without the false floor and the side fillers attached. Align the mounting holes in the drawer units with the eight captive nuts.

Step 5. Open the fitting kit. Join the two drawer units together using the six 35mm x 6mm threaded screws, nuts and washers provided in the fitting kit - the holes are drilled (If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide there are only five threaded screws. Three 30mm x 6mm and two 35mm x 6mm).

Step 6. Fix the drawer unit into position using the eight set screws and washers provided in the fitting kit.

Step 7. Attach the two side fillers using the four black screws provided in the fitting kit.

Step 8. Place the false floor tops in position then screw them back onto the drawer units.
