Why buy our drawers?

 

 
 

Points of Interest:

  • Our storage drawers have been designed to be as strong and as light as possible. This is achieved by constructing the drawers from marine bonded plywood then re-enforcing any areas that are highly stressed with steel components. Some parts are glued screwed and braced, other parts are riveted or bolted together. Click here for more information on the construction.
  • Designed individually to suit the iLoad, neatly following the contours of the vehicle. Our drawers are designed to utilise all the space available.
  • Fits the vehicle without drilling any holes by utilising five of the "tie down" captive nuts.
  • Access is provided to the bolt that releases the spare wheel.

Full drawer system (standard height) (two drawers "side by side") $2220 + options, half drawer system (one drawer) $1110 + options.

The internal dimensions for each drawer are: 1240mm(L) 490mm(W) 230mm (H). (These measurements are for our standard size drawer system. The height of each drawer can be changed to suit the customer).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Remove the six tie downs attached to the cargo floor.
Step 2. The top of this drawer system (the false floor) is in two sections.  Unscrew each of these sections and remove them from the drawer units.  If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide, only remove half of the false floor – i.e. remove the false floor on the opposite side to the fridge slide.
Step 3. Place the drawer units in the vehicle without the false floor and the side fillers attached.  Align the mounting holes in the drawer units with the six tie down captive nuts.
Step 4. Open the fitting kit.  Join the two drawer units together using the six 35mm x 6mm threaded screws, nuts and washed provided in the fitting kit – the holes are drilled (If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide there are only five threaded screws.  Three 30mm x 6mm and two 35mm x 6mm)
Step 5. Fix the drawer unit into position using the six genuine tie down bolts.  We have supplied six additional washers, to fit onto these bolts.
Step 6. Attach the two side fillers using the four black self tapping screws supplied in the fitting kit.
Step 7. Place the false floor tops in position then screw them back onto the drawer units.
