The following information is specifically for the Mitsubishi Pajero. See Storage Drawers for Cargo Areas for detailed information. See features, prices, optional extras, and how our drawers are constructed so that they are stronger and lighter.

Why buy our drawers?

We cut a hole in the base of the drawer unit to allow access to the storage area under the cargo floor.

False floor - $620

Points of Interest:

  • Our storage drawers have been designed to be as strong and as light as possible. This is achieved by constructing the drawers from marine bonded plywood then re-enforcing any areas that are highly stressed with steel components. Some parts are glued screwed and braced, other parts are riveted or bolted together. Click here for more information on the construction.
  • Designed individually to suit the Pajero, neatly following the contours of the vehicle. Our drawers are designed to utilise all the space available.
  • If required, a full Milford cargo barrier can be fitted in front of this system.
  • Fits to the vehicle by utilising two of the luggage tie down captive nuts in the cargo area and two child restraint captive nuts.
  • The full drawer system with one large drawer is a popular option in this model. This set up is a more efficient use of space and also allows better access to the storage area under the cargo floor. To access this storage area, slide out the drawer and fridge slide. If required, the drawer system without a fridge slide comes complete with a lift out panel in the centre of the false floor, this allows access to the storage area under the cargo floor.
  • A bed extension is also available for this model (middle row seat needs to be removed).

Available with one large drawer (as photographed - the internal dimensions for the drawer are: 764mm (L), 920mm (W), 200mm (H).) or with two drawers. The full drawer system, two drawers and one large drawer designs are the same price - $2220 + options (plus fridge slide if required). The half drawer system (one small drawer) $1110 + options (plus fridge slide if required).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Introduction. The Pajero drawer system is fitted to the vehicle without drilling any holes by utilising two of the "tie down" anchor points and two of the child restraint anchor points. This drawer system has been designed to allow access to the storage area under the cargo floor. The cover/lid for the storage area must be removed however the floor mat in the cargo area remains in place when the drawer system is fitted.

Step 1. If the vehicle is fitted with a passenger seat in the cargo area, remove the seat and the seat belts then replace the two plastic side trim panels back into position.

Step 2. There are four "tie downs" attached to the cargo floor. Remove the two "tie downs" closest to the rear door. Also remove the two small carpeted panels that are fitted around the "tie downs".

Step 3. Remove the bracket fitted to the centre child restraint anchor point. Replace the bolt back into the captive nut to seal the floor.

Step 4. Remove the plastic caps fitted to the two remaining child restraint captive nuts.

Step 5. Place the drawer system in the vehicle without the false floor panels and side filler panels attached. Align the mounting holes in the drawer system with the floor captive nuts in the cargo floor.

Step 6. Fix the drawer system in position using the bolts and washers supplied in the fitting kit. Fit the two 5/16 "X2" bolts and the two large washers to the child restraint captive nuts. Fit the two 6mm X 35mm bolts and the two small washers to the "tie down" captive nuts.

Step 7. Attach the two side fillers using the four black self tapping screws supplied in the fitting kit.

Step 8. Place the false floor tops in position then screw them back onto the drawer units.
