Step
1. Remove the two child restraint fittings and the four tie down assemblies
(see sketch)
Step
2. The four 'seat mount' captive nuts and the two child restraint captive
nuts will be utilised to mount the drawer system. Replace the threaded screws
into the remaining eight captive nuts to seal off the cargo floor.

Step
3. Remove the rubber floor mat from the cargo area.
Step
4. The top of this drawer system (the false floor) is in two sections. Unscrew
each of these sections and remove them from the drawer units. If the drawer system
has a built in fridge slide, only remove half of the false floor - ie remove the
false floor on the opposite side to the fridge slide.
Step
5. Place the drawer units in the vehicle without the false floor and the side
fillers attached. Align the mounting holes in the drawer units with the six captive
nuts.
Step
6. Open the fitting kit. Join the two drawer units together using the six
35mm x 6mm threaded screws, nuts and washers provided in the fitting kit - the
holes are drilled (If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide there are
only five threaded screws. Three 30mm x 6mm and two 35mm x 6mm).
Step
7. Fix the drawer unit into position. Firstly by replacing the two child restraint
threaded screws, washers and spacers. We have supplied two additional washers.
They should be placed under the captive washers on the two child restraint threaded
screws. Secondly, remove the four threaded screws and washers supplied in the
fitting kit and fit them to the "seat mount" captive nuts.
Step
8. Attach the two side fillers using the four countersunk head screws provided
in the fitting kit.
Step
9. Place the false floor tops in position then screw them back onto the drawer
units.
