Points of Interest:

• Our storage drawers have been designed to be as strong and as light as possible. This is achieved by constructing the drawers from marine bonded plywood then re-enforcing any areas that are highly stressed with steel components. Some parts are glued screwed and braced, other parts are riveted or bolted together. Click here for more information on the construction.
• Designed individually to suit the Landcruiser, neatly following the contours of the vehicle. Our drawers are designed to utilise all the space available.
• Fits to the vehicle without drilling any holes by utilising four seat mount captive nuts in the cargo area.
• Also available for this model is a double stacked drawer system designed to allow room for the spare wheel inside the vehicle, and a vehicle specific fridge slide with side platform (a lightweight option) see below for further details on the custom fridge slide.

Fitting Instructions:

STEP 1. Remove the third row passenger seats, the seat mounts and the four tie downs in the cargo area.

 

STEP 3. Four of the “seat mount” captive nuts will be utilised to mount the drawer system. Replace the threaded screws into the remaining eighteen captive nuts to seal off the cargo floor.

STEP 4. The top of this drawer system (the false floor) is in two sections. Unscrew each of these sections and remove them from the drawer units. If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide, only remove half of the false floor i.e. remove the false floor on the opposite side to the fridge slide.

STEP 5. Place the drawer units in the vehicle without the false floor and the side fillers attached. Align the mounting holes in the drawer units with the four “seat mount” captive nuts.

STEP 6. Open the fitting kit. Join the two drawer units together using the six 35mm x 6mm threaded screws, nuts and washers provided in the fitting kit - the holes are drilled. (If the drawer system has a built in fridge slide there are only five threaded screws. Three 30mm x 6mm and two 35mm x 6mm).

STEP 7. Fix the drawer units into position using the four 10mm diameter bolts and washers provided in the fitting kit. Do not over tighten these bolts.

STEP 8. Attach the two side fillers using the black pan-head screws provided in the fitting kit.

STEP 9. Place the false floor tops in position then screw them back onto the drawer units.

• This custom fridge slide with side platform is a lightweight alterative (22kgs) to a drawer system with a built in fridge slide.
• Custom built to suit the customer’s fridge.
• Available with the fridge slide on the driver’s or passenger’s side.
• Fits to the vehicle without drilling any holes by utilising the four tie down captive nuts in the cargo area.
• If required, the third row seat(s) can remain fitted to the vehicle when this system is installed. One seat is fully functional, the second seat must remain folded up next to the fridge slide. It is a simple procedure (four bolts) to remove the custom fridge slide if both third row seats are required.
• Included is one flush mount tie down plus four captive nuts to remount the four genuine tie downs. The two exposed seat mount brackets can also be utilised as tie down points.
