Wide
Style Centre Roof Console
The
wide style roof console is designed for vehicles with limited
head room in front of the driver, although providing adequate
head room in the centre of the roof. All centre roof consoles
are positioned at a 90 degree angle to the windscreen (i.e.
they sit in the centre of the roof). This console can be used
for overhead storage, and is wide enough to accommodate the
longest radio. Any radios etc. mounted in this console must
face sideways, to the driver or to the passenger. Most wide
style roof consoles come complete with a storage/access opening
(SAO) with an elasticised vinyl flap on the passenger's side
of the console.
