Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series Early Model 1990 to 1995 (Automatic transmission only)
AVAILABLE FOR FULL-TIME 4WD MODELS ONLY AT THIS STAGE. CONSOLES TO SUIT PART-TIME 4WD MODELS COMING SOON.80 Series Transfer Case CompatibilityAutomatic 80 Series LandCruisers were available with two different transfer lever arrangements.
Full-time 4WD models use the HF2A or HF2AV transfer case and have an H → N → L transfer lever. This lever sits further back in the vehicle and has a shorter range of movement. Our current console is designed to suit this full-time 4WD arrangement.
Part-time 4WD models use the HF1A transfer case with 2H → 4H → N → 4L positions. The transfer lever sits in a different position and has a longer throw, so it requires a different console design. We do not currently have a console template for the HF1A arrangement, however consoles to suit part-time 4WD models are coming soon.
Please note that some 80 Series have been converted from full-time to part-time 4WD. For this reason, the “Full Time 4WD” rear sticker or the transfer lever knob alone should not be relied on to confirm fitment, as these may have been retained after a transfer case conversion.
