I had an outstanding experience with the Department of the Interior. I purchased a Standard Floor Compartment for my 2021 78 Series Troopcarrier, and it's been fantastic. But what sets them apart is their product aftercare. I encountered a small issue with the center console pad armrest after a solid two years of heavy use, Matt from their team called me the day I enquired about it and resolved the problem that afternoon with a replacement he dropped off on his way home! He even surprised me with an extra canvas cover and bloody merch kit free of charge the legend.

I must also add my 3 mates also use their products which include drawers in a GU Patrol, Troopy, BT-50, and another full length center console in my mates Troopy, accumulating over 17 years of combined usage between us with only the one minor issue ever experienced, which as meantioned about was resolved the same day. The Department of the Interior combines quality products with cracker support. I highly recommended!

I recently bought a console but ticked the wrong box for a single cab, and I have a dual cab , I’m over 2000 kms away unfortunately. When I made contact rohan and the team were so understanding and helpful , I returned the wrong one , in the mean time they sent me the correct console , helped me with returning the wrong one, seriously a pleasure to deal with a company so understanding and helpful ,to top it off the console I returned had a few marks and damage , could have easily charged me , but they wiped the costs .. so unusual in these days when no gives a dam, and just wants ya $$.. well done guyz👏👏
