Product Features
- Comfortable armrest height. The console has been designed with a comfortable armrest height for everyday driving, while still providing a generous storage compartment underneath the padded lid.
- Contoured to follow the factory floor. The base of the console has been shaped to follow the floor profile of the 75 Series. Our original template was taken from a vehicle fitted with factory carpet and underfelt. Vehicles fitted with vinyl flooring do not have the same underfelt thickness, meaning the finished floor height can be lower. As a result, some small gaps may be visible beneath the footprint of the console in vinyl-floor vehicles. For the best fit, we recommend installing a layer of automotive underfelt, such as Car Builders underfelt or a similar product, beneath the vinyl flooring before installing the console. This brings the floor profile closer to that of the carpeted vehicle used to develop the original template.
- Functional accessory layout. The positioning of the cup holders, storage areas and available accessories has been carefully considered to provide maximum functionality and practicality without unnecessarily compromising cabin space.
- Handcrafted in Australia. Each console is handcrafted in Australia using a plywood frame and automotive-grade vinyl upholstery. Our consoles are individually manufactured with care and precision by our small Australian business, continuing the same style of console manufacturing we have specialised in for over 50 years.
Important Compatibility Notes - Please Read Before Ordering
This product does not fit all 75 Series LandCruiser models. Please check the following information carefully before placing your order.
- Ute Models Only. This console was originally designed and templated in a 1988 75 Series Ute. At this stage, we have not confirmed compatibility with the 75 Series TroopCarrier. We will test fit and confirm TroopCarrier compatibility as soon as we have access to a suitable vehicle. Until this has been confirmed, this listing should be considered suitable for Ute models only.
- Right-Hand Drive with Transfer Lever on the Right Side Only. This console is designed for right-hand-drive vehicles with the transfer case lever positioned on the right-hand side of the transmission tunnel.
- Manual Gear Shifter Position. We believe there may be a slight difference in the manual gear shifter position between some 75 Series models fitted with the 2H H55F gearbox and those fitted with the 1HZ H55F gearbox. Because this difference can affect console fitment, we have included photos and measurements showing the exact shifter position this console is currently designed to suit. Please compare the measurements shown in the listing photos with your vehicle before ordering. If the measurements in your vehicle match those shown, you can proceed with your order and this console will suit that shifter position. If your gear shifter is positioned differently, please do not order this version yet. We intend to template the alternative shifter position as soon as we gain access to a suitable vehicle.
