Most people end up stuffing tools, drink bottles or random gear down there. We’ve turned that dead space into something useful with our Rear Side Consoles, adding the essentials you’d expect in the rear row of most modern vehicles: cup holders, storage and charging outlets.
Our Rear Side Consoles are handmade in Australia. They're upholstered in our custom DeluxeTrim vinyl. These are not injection moulded offshore. We prioritise quality, not maximum profit margin. Each unit is built here by enthusiasts using solid timber construction and professional upholstery.
Backstory
In 2018, while installing a T-shape Roof Console in a customer's vehicle, I placed my water bottle between the rear seat and the quarter panel and thought, there’s got to be a better use for this space. 8 hours later we had prototyped the Rear Side Consoles, and a week or two after that we brought them to market.
Compatibility
- This product is designed for Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series Dual Cab models (all year models and variants, V8 and 4 Cylinder).
- Unfortunately, these are not compatible with the 76 Series Wagon due to the height and position of the wheel arch.
