Seat Mate

Introducing the 'Seat Mate'. Inspired by our popular Seat Mounted Console from the ‘90s, the Seat Mate solves some common rear passenger frustrations:

• Comfortable padded armrest – a welcome addition for long drives.
• Dual jumbo cup holders – holds large bottles and drink containers securely.
• Hidden storage space – ideal for keeping valuables and gear out of sight.
• Optional charging outlets – add power outlets with a wiring loom extending to the rear of the seat for convenient charging.

Fitment:

• We understand not everyone carries five passengers all the time. That’s why the Seat Mate is designed for easy installation and removal. It secures to the base cushion using a simple mounting strap, making it a breeze to install or stow away when extra seating is needed.
• The Seat Mate is designed to fit the unmodified rear bench seat of the 79 Series Dual Cab and 76 Series Wagon. It can be installed over most seat covers, as long as they are not excessively thick or do not alter the seat’s shape. Not sure if it’ll fit? Contact our sales team for confirmation.
• Please note, his product is not compatible with vehicles that have a Full-Length Fridge Console, as the fridge extends into the space required for installation. If your vehicle has aftermarket modifications, send our team a photo, and we’ll be happy to confirm compatibility.

We tested the Seat Mate in our demo vehicle for months before release. Even though we rarely carry rear passengers, it quickly became one of our favourite accessories. Here's why:
