Rear Wall Panels – Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions (All Versions)

Q: What does the Rear Wall Panel do?

A: It provides a clean, contoured finish to the rear wall of your vehicle while retaining essential factory storage. It can also be configured to house a subwoofer and/or lithium battery in the upgraded versions.

Q: Will the Rear Wall Panel fit with sound deadening installed?

A: Yes it will fit over the top of 'Stage 1' sound deadener (2mm peel-and-stick foil layer), but it will not fit with full 'Stage 2' sound deadening such as mass noise liner. Our panel itself acts as an effective sound deadening solution and is more effective than Stage 2 liner.

Q: Is it easy to fit?

A: Yes. It installs using four factory holes with no damage to the vehicle. A nutsert tool is required to install four 6mm nutserts. Full installation hardware and instructions are included.

Q: What is it made from?

A: All versions are made from exterior-grade marine bonded plywood, with the lower section upholstered in carpet for durability and the upper section in vinyl to match the interior.

Q: Can it be colour matched to my interior?

A: Yes, we offer DeluxeTrim Vinyl in Black or Grey to match your seats and trims.

Q: Can it be built to suit the Multi Drive Technologies Child Restraint Bracket?

A: Yes, we can customize the cutout to suit this bracket for an additional cost.
